  • Rice 2cups

  • Urad dhulli dal 1cup

  • Jaggery powder 1tsp

  • Salt 1tsp

  • Chop green chilli 1

  • Chop onion 1

  • Fresh grinded black pepper 1/4 tsp

  • Oil 2tsp


  • Take a bowl add dal and rice washed and soaked for eight hours.
  • After 8 hours take a grinder jar add dal,rice,jaggery powder,salt and methi dana mix and grind make a batter.
  • Batter keep in side for 8 hours for fermentation.
  • After fermentation take a nonstick pan add oil then make a uttapsm garnish green chilli,onion and black pepper garnish and apply oil for both sides fry in both sides.
  • Onion uttapam r ready.
