Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Mushroom 1 cups

  • Heavy cream 1/4 cups.

  • Olive oil 1 tbsp

  • Butter cube 1 nos

  • Onion 2 tbsp

  • Garlic 2 nos

  • Maida 1 tbsp

  • Crushed pepper 1 tsp

  • salt 1 pinch

Directions

    Heate 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan

    Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan

  • 03

    Add thinly sliced mushrooms and saute 1 minute. In sim flame cook it for 5 minutes.

    Add 1 tablespoon of maida and saute well.

  • 05

    Add 3 cup of water or vegetable stock to the mushroom mix.

    Add some crushed pepper,salt, boil for 5 minutes.

    Take 2 tablespoon of cooked mushrooms and blend it.

    Add the blended mushroom puree and ΒΌ th cup of cream to the boiling mix.

    Mix well and cook well.

  • 10

    When it became a creamy consistency , transfer it to the serving bowl.
