Ingredients

Serves 2

  • For the dough :wheat flour mein 2 cups

  • salt 1/4 tsp

  • red chilly powder 1/4 tsp

  • milk 2 tbsp

  • ghee for roasting 1 tbsp

  • For the filling :homemade paneer 1 cups

  • carrots grated, 2 nos

  • salt 1/4 tsp

  • chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 teaspoon red chilly powder ( optional ) 1 tbsp

  • garam masala 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Mix all milk and make a smooth pliable dough.

  • 02

    Cover with a lid and keep aside for 5 minutes.

  • 03

    In another bowl mix all the ingredients for the filling

  • 04

    Now take a portion of dough and fill the Paneer mixture ,make a ball , now roll into a parantha of medium thickness

  • 05

    oast on tawa adding little ghee on both sides , till cooked and golden Brown in colour

  • 06

    Serve with ketchup or mayonnaise..
