Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cups for the dough :wheat flour mein


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp red chilly powder


  • 2 tbsp milk


  • 1 tbsp ghee for roasting


  • 1 cups for the filling :homemade paneer


  • 2 nos carrots grated,


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 teaspoon red chilly powder ( optional )


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

Directions

  • Mix all milk and make a smooth pliable dough.
  • Cover with a lid and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  • In another bowl mix all the ingredients for the filling
  • Now take a portion of dough and fill the Paneer mixture ,make a ball , now roll into a parantha of medium thickness
  • oast on tawa adding little ghee on both sides , till cooked and golden Brown in colour
  • Serve with ketchup or mayonnaise..
