Ingredients
Serves :

2 cups for the dough :wheat flour mein
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red chilly powder
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp ghee for roasting
1 cups for the filling :homemade paneer
2 nos carrots grated,
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 teaspoon red chilly powder ( optional )
1/2 tsp garam masala
Directions
Mix all milk and make a smooth pliable dough.
Cover with a lid and keep aside for 5 minutes.
In another bowl mix all the ingredients for the filling
Now take a portion of dough and fill the Paneer mixture ,make a ball , now roll into a parantha of medium thickness
oast on tawa adding little ghee on both sides , till cooked and golden Brown in colour
Serve with ketchup or mayonnaise..
