  • 1kg mota besan

  • 750gms shakar boora

  • 1/2kg or slight more desi ghee

  • 1/2 cupNuts( optional)


  • Heat ghee and add besan.
  • On low flame bhuno besan for 30-40minutes till you get nice aroma and ghee leaves its sides.
  • Lastly add sugar and toss nicely.Switch off the flame.
  • Let them cool down for 10 mins.
  • Make laddoos according to your choice of sizes.
  • You can store them in an air tight container for a week!
  • Add nuts with sugar ( if you like)
