Heat ghee and add besan.
On low flame bhuno besan for 30-40minutes till you get nice aroma and ghee leaves its sides.
Lastly add sugar and toss nicely.Switch off the flame.
Let them cool down for 10 mins.
Make laddoos according to your choice of sizes.
You can store them in an air tight container for a week!
Add nuts with sugar ( if you like)
