Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/2 cups paneer cut into small cubes


  • 1 tsp paneer masala


  • 1 nos medium sized onion chopped


  • 1/2 cups capsicum sliced


  • 1/2 cups corn and green peas


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 tsp oregano


  • 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste


  • 1/2 cups shredded cabbage


  • 1/2 cups carrot, small cubed


  • 4 nos readymade masala kulchas


  • 4 tsp pizza pasta sauce


  • 2 tsp butter


  • 1 tsp salt to taste

Directions

  • Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the capsicum, ginger garlic paste and onion and sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Add carrot and cabbage , paneer masala, oregano, salt and spices, mix well
  • Add paneer, peas and corn and sauté over a high flame for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Now spread some butter,pizza pasta sauce, and then some filling on the inner side of kulcha, fold it into a semi circle.
  • cook each of them slightly on a tava on both sides on a medium flame with the help of little butter.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney, or chilly sauce. Enjoy!
