Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the capsicum, ginger garlic paste and onion and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add carrot and cabbage , paneer masala, oregano, salt and spices, mix well
Add paneer, peas and corn and sauté over a high flame for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Now spread some butter,pizza pasta sauce, and then some filling on the inner side of kulcha, fold it into a semi circle.
cook each of them slightly on a tava on both sides on a medium flame with the help of little butter.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney, or chilly sauce. Enjoy!
