Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 cup plain flour

  • 1 spoon milk powder

  • 1tbsp cardamom powder

  • 1cup sugar

  • 1/2cup grated paneer

  • 1/2 cup Chopped dry fruits

  • 1spoon butter

  • 2cup oil

  • 1spoon fresh malai

Directions

    Take a jar add plain flour,milk powder ,cardamom ,paneer n butter mix well .

    Now gradually add water n blend it for 1min.

  • 03

    Make a thin paste n keep aside for 10min.

    Now take a pan add sugar n water n cardamom powder n let it boil for 10-12 min or until 1 thread consistency.

    Now take heavy bottom pan add oil n let it highly heat now pour the mixture with the help of spatula.

    N pour spatula in little little consistency n let it cook for 4-5min.

  • 07

    Take out carefully n pour syrup n some malai .

  • 08

    Decorate with chopped dry fruits
