boiled rice 1 cups
eggs 3 nos
salt 1/2 tsp
black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
amchur powder 1/4 tsp
refined oil 4 tsp
fresh coriander 1 tsp
Directions
Heat oil in a pan
Break eggs in it with all spices
Scramble them nicely by little roasting them.
Lastly add rice.toss very gently.
Garnish with fresh coriander
Serve hot with mint coriander chutney
