  • 1 cups aata

  • 1 cups sugar

  • 3 cups water

  • 1/2 cups ghee


  • In a pan,heat ghee.add aata.
  • Cook till it turns into nice brown color or you get nice aroma. And ghee leaves it sides.
  • In another pan,boil completely water and sugar.
  • Now pour this sugar syrup into kadai and switch off the flame.
  • Mix nicely till ghee leaves the sides and your pan looks absolutely neat. This is how my mom has taught me.
  • Serve hot.
