Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 kgs cauliflower grated


  • 3 nos tomato peeled,diced and chopped


  • 2 nos green chilli chopped


  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 nos cinnamon powder small stick


  • 2 pinch cloves powder


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 1-2 tsp salt


  • 1 pinch haldi


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 nos green elachi


  • 3-4 tbsp oil or ghee


  • 4 nos onions choppee


  • 150 gms paneer grated


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves

Directions

  • prepare all the ingredients
  • add oil in a pan and keep it on fire
  • add onions and saute them till golden colour
  • add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute then add green chillies
  • then add grated cauliflower haldi and red chilli powder
  • add one cup of water and mix it well bring it to a boil cover and cook on low flame for 12 minutes
  • check it in between add water if needed uncover the pan and further cook for 3 minutes on high flame
  • add tomato, salt and Paneer mix it well and saute it for 2 to 3 minutes
  • add freshly grounded masala and black pepper powder mix it very well
  • mix little coriander leaves and cook the whole vegetable serve it hot with khasta roti
