  • 4 nos medium potatoes boiled

  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder or as required

  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder

  • 1/4 tsp everest chaat masala

  • 2 tbsp rice flour or corn flour/corn starch

  • 2-3 tbsp oil for frying the potato patties

  • 1 tsp black salt or rock salt as required

  • 1/2 cups for toppings:whisked curd

  • 2 tbsp saunth or sweet tamarind chutney

  • 1 tbsp green chutney

  • 1 tsp everest chaat masala

  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder

  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder

  • 4 nos papdis broken

  • 1/4 tsp black salt or regular

  • 1 tsp few chopped coriander leaves

  • 1 tsp boondi


  • In a mixing bowl mash boiled potatoes and add all the spiced powders, cornflour and salt and mix well
  • make round shaped tikkis or patties with the mixture.heat oil in a tawa place the potato tikkis.
  • fry the tikkis on a medium flame till they become golden and crisp from both sides, remove the tikkis and place them in a serving plate.
  • pour 2 to 3 tbsp of the whipped yogurt, top with a few teaspoons of the green and imly chutneys, sprinkle all dry spices,salt, chaat masala, broken papdis,coriander leaves,boondis, bhujiya
  • serve immediately Enjoy! !
