Malai soya masala is a creamy and spicy dish made from soya chunks, cream or malai and spices. It can be served as side dish with any meal. As you know soya bean is full of protein, calcium and iron. It is very easy to make and prepare in less time.

Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups soya chunks


  • 2 nos finely chopped onions


  • 1 cups tomato puree


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste (optional)


  • 1/2 cups cream or malai


  • 1 tbsp kasoori methi one


  • 1 pinch salt according to taste


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp corriander powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1/2 cups corriander leaves

Directions

  • Heat 3 glass water in a pan. Add one teaspoon salt in it.
  • Add soya chunks in it and cook until soft. Strain it in a strainer.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
  • Add onions in it and saute them till they become transparent.
  • Add tomato puree and soute until oil separates.
  • Add Salt and dry spices in it. Mix well.
  • Add boiled soya chunks in it. Stir well.
  • Now add cream or malai in it. Mix well and cook for five minutes.
  • Add kasoori methi in it. Mix well.
  • It's ready.
