Cottage cheese 250 gms
finely chopped onion 1 nos
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Finely chopped tomatoes 2 nos
Butter 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Salt according to taste 1 pinch
Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Corriander powder 1 tsp
Paneer masala 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Corriander leaves 1/2 cups
Cream or malai 1/2 cups
Finely chopped green chilly 2 nos
Grated cottage cheese 1/2 cups
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
Add ginger garlic paste and soute for a while.
Add onions in it and saute them till they become transparent
Add tomatoes and green chillies in it and saute till they become mushy.
Add dry spices in it. Mix well.
Switch off the flame and let this mixture cool.
Grind this mixture with cream in a smooth paste.
Transfer this mixture in a pan.
Add grated cheese and cheese cubes in it.
Stir well and cook for two minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
