Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 400 gms khoya or mawa


  • 400 gms foxnut


  • 500 gms tomatoes


  • 50 gms ginger


  • 4 nos green chili


  • 2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 300 gms ghee


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 250 gms yogurt


  • 2 tbsp green coriander

Directions

  • First roast the Khoya put cauldron on medium flame now Heat the some Ghee in a Cauldron . When Ghee became hot then fried the Foxnut
  • Heat the Ghee in a Cauldron . When Ghee became hot add Ginger Green Chili and fried it for 2 minute. After you add Red Chili Powder Coriander Powder  Turmeric Powder and cooked it for 1 minute.now add tomato purey nd saute
  • Now add Yogurt Khoya   Salt Foxnut and mixed very well and cooked it. According to your requirement you can add water and cooked it until gravy became thick.
  • Yummy Khoya Makhana ki sabji is ready. Garnished it with Green Coriander and Served it with Rice, Naan,Roti or Parathe if u want add some amul cream for garnish..
