  • khoya or Mawa 400 gms

  • Foxnut 400 gms

  • tomatoes 500 gms

  • ginger 50 gms

  • Green Chili 4 nos

  • Coriander Powder 2 tsp

  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Ghee 300 gms

  • Salt To taste 1 pinch

  • Yogurt 250 gms

  • Green Coriander 2 tbsp

    First roast the Khoya put cauldron on medium flame now Heat the some Ghee in a Cauldron . When Ghee became hot then fried the Foxnut

    Heat the Ghee in a Cauldron . When Ghee became hot add Ginger Green Chili and fried it for 2 minute. After you add Red Chili Powder Coriander Powder  Turmeric Powder and cooked it for 1 add tomato purey nd saute

    Now add Yogurt Khoya   Salt Foxnut and mixed very well and cooked it. According to your requirement you can add water and cooked it until gravy became thick.

    Yummy Khoya Makhana ki sabji is ready. Garnished it with Green Coriander and Served it with Rice, Naan,Roti or Parathe if u want add some amul cream for garnish..
