Take a tomato washed and cut in pcs.
Take a pan add oil,then oil heat add fennelseeds saute at briwn color.
Then add chopped tomato,salt,chilli and covered with lid.
Then cook at slow heat.
After 20 minutes then tomato r soft.(Bengali Dish)
Add sugar and tomato mashed in masher.
After mash cook in 5 minutes .
Then tomato takk r ready.
Then serve with Parantha,bread slice.
