Ingredients

Serves : 20
  • Desi ghee 1 1/2 kg


  • Alsi 1/4 kg


  • Almonds crushed 500 gms


  • Wheat flour 2 kg


  • Coconut grated 2 cup


  • Jaggery 1 kg


  • Khoya 1/2 kg

Directions

  • In a kadai add flour and alsi mix it well
  • Stir it continously till it becomes golden brown
  • In another kadai add ghee and crushed jaggery
  • Melt the jaggery very well
  • Then add khoya and dry fruits of your choice and grated coconut and mix it very well
  • Add golden brown flour and alsi mix it in melted jaggery
  • Mix it well
  • And make pinnies before the mixture get cool down
  • Do not cool down the mixture otherwise pinnies will not made .
