In a kadai add flour and alsi mix it well
Stir it continously till it becomes golden brown
In another kadai add ghee and crushed jaggery
Melt the jaggery very well
Then add khoya and dry fruits of your choice and grated coconut and mix it very well
Add golden brown flour and alsi mix it in melted jaggery
Mix it well
And make pinnies before the mixture get cool down
Do not cool down the mixture otherwise pinnies will not made .
