Clean and chop methi leaves
Clean and grate ginger
In a mixing a bowl add flour, chopped leaves, grated ginger, crushed green chili, dry spices, 1tbsp oil and curd. Mix everything properly
Then add water to knead a soft dough.
Cover it and keep aside for 15mins
Make lemon size balls
Heat tawa. Roll a ball like chapathi and place on the hot tawa.
When done one side flip it. Then drizzle some oil on it amd cook
It is served hot with any curry of your choice
