Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Wheat flour: 1/2 bowl


  • Salt: 2-3 tsp


  • Water: 5-6 cups


  • Oil: 8-10 tbsp


  • Mangoes: 6


  • Sugar: 3-4 tsp


  • Cardamom powder: 1/2 tsp

Directions

  • METHOD FOR PURIS:
  • Add salt & oil to wheat flour and mix it well
  • Add water as required & make a soft dough
  • Add some more oil
  • Keep the dough aside for 10-15 minutes
  • Take small balls out of the dough
  • Apply some oil onto a ball & roll it in a round shape
  • Heat oil in a small kadai
  • Put round shaped puris into oil
  • Deep fry puris till it turned golden brown in colour
  • METHOD FOR AAMRAS:
  • Remove pulp of all mangoes in a grinder
  • Add salt to taste, sugar as required and a pinch of cardamom powder and grind it
  • Takeout aamras in a bowl
