1 cup besan
1 cup curd
2 cup water
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger green chilli paste
2 tsp chopped green chilli
1/2 tsp mustard seed
5-6 curry leaves
1 tsp dessicated coconut
2 tbsp anardana
Take a large bowl add garam flour, curd, salt, turmeric powder, green chilli paste and water, mix well
Heat heavy bottom pan and add khandvi batter and stir continuously for till stick.
Turn off the flame and spread the batter in the back side of the plate.
When cooled cut into equal size strips and roll it.
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, curry leaves and chopped green chilli, spread on khandvi.
