Cut paneer into one and a half inch squares with half inch thickness.
Deseed the capsicums and tomato.
Mix together all the ingredients of the marinade.
Now marinate the paneer cubes, capsicum, tomatoes and onions in it for about half an hour.
Heat oil on a tawa, place the paneer cubes and shallow fry till golden and crisp on the surface.
Take the paneer cubes out in a plate.
Toss the capsicums , onion and tomato pieces in the remaining marinade and sauté them in the remaining oil on the tawa for two to three minutes on a medium flame.
For the plating :Place a capsicum piece , tomato and onion pieces on each paneer cube
pierce with a decorative toothpick. Sprinkle chaat masala and pepper and serve hot. Enjoy! !
