Ingredients

  • 500 grams potatoes small size

  • 1 cup curd

  • 2 tbs coriander leaves chopped

  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala

  • 1 tsp Kashmiri mirch powder

  • 100 ml oil for frying potatoes

  • 2 tbs oil for veggies

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp dry ginger powder

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • 1 tsp fennel seeds powder

  • 1/2 tsp jeera

  • 1/4 tsp hing

  • 1 tbs cream

Directions

    boil potatoes in pressure cooker just only half boil

  • 02

    now peel potatoes and poke with fork all potatoes from all sides

  • 03

    make oil hot and put potatoes until golden colour

  • 04

    take a wok put 2 tbs oil let it hot add jeers seed and hing

    now put curd and continue mix until curd get smooth

    now add all spices in it and cook on low heat for 5 minutes

    then add potatoes and mix nicely

    put 1/2 cup water if you want gravy add more water

  • 09

    cover and cook for 5 minutes on low heat

  • 10

    garnish with cream and serve with parantha
