  • 200 gms almonds

  • 200 gms poppy seeds or (khas khas)

  • 200 gms sugar

  • 150 gms ghee dry fruits

  • 1/4 cups dry fruits optional


  • wash and Soak almonds and poppy seeds overnight
  • peel almonds and make fine pest with poppy seeds
  • Heat a pan add half qty of ghee, add ready pest Stir continue till dry all moisture. It takes 40-45 min
  • Now add sugar and remaining ghee
  • Cook for 10-15 min more and switch off the flame Ready Tip: you can store it in Freez for 6-8 days Take 2-4 spoon halwa daily in the morning it's good for health
