Clean and chop spinach or mustard roughly.
Also cut the veggies and onions in bite size.
Heat a saucepan with 1 litre of water with dry fish,salt, chopped ginger garlic, turmeric and fresh chillies.
Give it a boil and cook for 5 minutes to release the flavor.
Add the prepared vegetables, herbs, jackfruit seed(peeled) and kidney beans. Add white portion of spring onion and keep green portion to garnish.
Add the grilled fish and spring onion . Stir well to mix.
Bring to boil, add 1 cup more hot water.
Cover and Simmer . Cook in low heat for about 1/2 an hour or until the beans and vegetables become very soft.
Before removing check the seasoning . Add chopped coriander leaves and spring onion.
Serve hot with a bowl of steamed rice.
