Ingredients
Serves 4
sardine fish, cleaned 2-3 nos
coriander leaves to garnish 5-6 nos
oil to shallow fry 2 tbsp
sliced onion, tomatoes, lime & fresh chilies to serve 1/4 cups
Marination : ginger 2 inch
garlic cloves 2-3 nos
small onion 1 nos
green chilies 1-2 nos
coriander stems 1/2 cups
fried peanuts 2 tbsp
lime juice 1 tsp
red chili powder 1 tbsp
salt or to taste 1/2 tsp
Directions
Blend all the mentioned ingredients for the marinade. Generously rub it all over the fish pieces and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Heat 2 tbsp. of oil and shallow fry the sardines on both sides till done. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve along with sliced onion, tomatoes. lime & fresh chilies.
