Sieve the semolina in a bowl.
Now add curd, chat masala, salt and pepper in it. Mix properly.
Add finally chopped onions , streamed corns, green chilly & grated cheese in it.
Mix all the ingredients. Add a little water if mixture is too thick. Keep aside this mixture for 15 mins.
Heat the appe pan on slow flame. Grease it with a little oil.
Now add baking soda in the mixture. Mix properly.
Add the prepared suji battar in appe pan & cover it for a while.
After one min flip of the appe with the help of a knife or spatula.
Again grease the top side of appe with oil & cook until done.
After 2 or 3 minutes its ready. Make sure the appe does not turn dark brown or black in colour.
Serve hot with tamato souce.
