Malai paneer is a delicious paneer recipe. It is very easy and quick to make compared then other dishes when unexpected guests at ur home. Cottage cheese cooked with onions tomatoes mixture. Malai gives a creamy texture to this dish.

Ingredients
Serves : 4
250 gms cottage cheese. cut in cubes
2 nos minced onions
1 cups tomato puree
1 pinch salt according to taste
1 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp corriander powder
1 tsp paneer masala
1 tbsp dry fenugreek leaves
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp oil
1/2 cups malai
Directions
Heat oil in a pan
Add cumin seeds and let them crackle
Add minced onions in it. Soute until light golden brown.
Add tomato puree in it. Mix well and cook until oil separates.
Add salt and dry spices in it. Mix well and cook for five minutes. If needed add a little water in it.
Add malai in it. Stir well.
Add kasoori methi in it. Stir well.
Now add cheese in it. Mix well and cook for two minutes on low flame.
