  • Chopped Pumpkin greens- 2cups (including chopped stems)

  • Brinjal- 1

  • Potato- 1

  • Pumpkin- 1 small piece

  • Ridge gaurd- 1 small piece

  • Colaccasia- 1small

  • Oil- 1tsp

  • Salt- 1/2tsp

  • Sugar- 1/4tsp

  • Panch phoran- 1tbsp

  • Red chili- 2

  • Milk- 1/2cup


  • In a pressure cooker add cleaned and chopped pumpkin greens.
  • Chop and clean brinjal, ridge gaurd, pumpkin, colaccasia, potato and keep in a bowl
  • Add all the chopped veggies to the greens, also add salt and little water
  • Cover and cook for a whistle. Let the pressure die naturally
  • Heat oil in a kadai and add red chili and allow to change colour
  • Now add panch phoran and allow to crackle
  • Then add the cooked veggies and allow to boil
  • When it reduces a bit add milk and sugar and mix. it's done
  • Serve this hot with rice
