Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 2 cup maida

  • 1/4 cup hot oil

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon yellow food colour

  • 1/8 teaspoon pink food colour

  • 1/8 teaspoon green food colour

  • For sugar syrup_1 cup sugar

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 2_3 drops lemon juice

  • 2 cup oil for frying

Directions

    In a mixing bowl add maida,salt,hot oil mix well,add required water,and make daugh like paratha

    Make equal 2 parts from daugh

  • 03

    Mix yellow colour in one part,and pink colour in another part and mix well

  • 04

    Make small size balls from yellow and pink daugh

  • 05

    Make small size puries from balls

  • 06

    Now put pink puri on the yellow puri and press gently

    Give 3_4 straight cut and fold the both puri ,and twist it press the adges

    Now add 3_4 drops water in green food colour and apply this in one side of champakali

    Now heat the oil and deep fry all on low flame till crispy

    In another pan add sugar,water and make 1 string sugar syrup

  • 11

    Add lemon drops in it

  • 12

    Now add fried champakali for 10 seconds

  • 13

    Now serve it in serving dish
