Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1&1/2 cup roasted cheakpea flour


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1/2 teaspoon turmaric powder


  • 1 teaspoon red chilly powder


  • 1 tablespoon cumin_coriender powder


  • 1/4 teaspoon asafetida


  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala


  • 1 teaspoon sugar


  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice


  • 6 tablespoon oil


  • 100 grams long green chillies


  • 2 tablespoon chopped coriender

Directions

  • Give a straight cut to all green chillies
  • Remove the seeds from it
  • In a mixing bowl add chickpea flour,salt,sugar,turmeric powder,red chilly powder,cumin coriander powder,garam masala,asafetida,lemon juice,and 3 tablespoon oil
  • Add chopped coriander mix well
  • Stuff this masala in all chillies
  • In a pan add stuff chillies and 1 tablespoon oil and cover and cook on low flame till 5. Min.
  • After 5 min.turn all chillies and again cover and cook for 5 min.
  • Then serve it
