In a pan add jeggary and ghee,stir on low flame till fluffy
Then add eno and stir till doble in quantity
Then pore this mixture in any shape bowl applying butter paper,or foil paper
Sprinkle snauf and melon seeds over it
Then cool it 1 hour
Then break it uneven shape and serve it
