Clean and peel potatoes and radish. Then crush these veggies in to small pieces with pestel. Keep aside
Clean and chop onion, tomatoes and green chili
Heat oil in a kadai add bay leaf and red chili to it and let it change its colour
Now add cumin and mustard and let it crackle
Then add ginger and garlic paste and saute.
Add chopped onion to it and saute up to golden.
Add tomatoes to it and also add dry spices to it except garam masala and cook
Now add crushed radish and potatoes to it and saute
Now add little water and let it cook up to soft.
At last add garam masala and coriander leaves to finish the curry
Serve hot with rice or roti
