Description

Egg bhurji is one of the easiest popular dish in India which is served in breakfast or as a side dish in lunch & dinner. This recipe is great source of protein. Beaten eggs fried with onion and tomato & some spices till they scrambled.

Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Eggs 5-6 nos

  • finelly chopped onion 1 nos

  • finelly chopped tomato 1 nos

  • green chilly finally chopped 2 nos

  • Salt according to taste 1 pinch

  • Red chilly powder 1 tsp

  • Egg masala powder 1/2 tsp

  • . Corriander leaves for garnishing 8-10 nos

  • Oil 1 tbsp

Directions

    Beat the eggs and keep aside.

    Heat oil in a pan.

  • 03

    Add onions in it and saute them till they become light golden.

  • 04

    Add chopped tomatoes in it. Mix well & cook for 5 minutes.

    Add salt and pepper, egg masala powder & green chilly in it and mix them properly.

    Add beaten eggs

    Stir continuesely till the eggs scramble.

    Garnish with coriander leaves.

  • 09

    Serve hot with chapati or parantha.
