Ingredients
Serves : 4
5-6 nos eggs
1 nos finelly chopped onion
1 nos finelly chopped tomato
2 nos green chilly finally chopped
1 pinch salt according to taste
1 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp egg masala powder
8-10 nos . corriander leaves for garnishing
1 tbsp oil
Directions
Beat the eggs and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onions in it and saute them till they become light golden.
Add chopped tomatoes in it. Mix well & cook for 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper, egg masala powder & green chilly in it and mix them properly.
