Egg bhurji is one of the easiest popular dish in India which is served in breakfast or as a side dish in lunch & dinner. This recipe is great source of protein. Beaten eggs fried with onion and tomato & some spices till they scrambled.

Serves : 4
  • 5-6 nos eggs

  • 1 nos finelly chopped onion

  • 1 nos finelly chopped tomato

  • 2 nos green chilly finally chopped

  • 1 pinch salt according to taste

  • 1 tsp red chilly powder

  • 1/2 tsp egg masala powder

  • 8-10 nos . corriander leaves for garnishing

  • 1 tbsp oil


  • Beat the eggs and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add onions in it and saute them till they become light golden.
  • Add chopped tomatoes in it. Mix well & cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add salt and pepper, egg masala powder & green chilly in it and mix them properly.
  • Add beaten eggs
  • Stir continuesely till the eggs scramble.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with chapati or parantha.
