Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 200 gms fresh curd


  • 3 tbsp besan boondi


  • 1/4 tsp sugar


  • 1/2 tsp bhuna jeera powder


  • 1/4 tsp everest ka teekha lal red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp black salt and regular salt


  • 1/2 tsp everest chaat masala


  • 1 tsp dried pudina leaves crushed into powder

Directions

  • Churn the curd and mix salt, sugar and spices
  • Add boondi and mix well
  • Add water if reqd to get the desired consistency..
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
