200 gms fresh curd
3 tbsp besan boondi
1/4 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp bhuna jeera powder
1/4 tsp everest ka teekha lal red chilli powder
1 tsp black salt and regular salt
1/2 tsp everest chaat masala
1 tsp dried pudina leaves crushed into powder
Directions
Churn the curd and mix salt, sugar and spices
Add boondi and mix well
Add water if reqd to get the desired consistency..
Garnish with coriander leaves.
