Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Chicken- 1kg

  • Coriander leaves- 1bunch

  • Garlic- 6 to 7cloves

  • Peppercorns- 10

  • Clove- 8

  • Grenn chili- 3

  • Cinnamon- 1inch piece

  • Poppy seeds- 1tbsp

  • Cumin seeds- 1tbsp

  • Haldi powder- 1tsp

  • Tamarind- 1 small ball

  • Ginger- 1.5inch piece

    Clean all the ingredients

    In a blender jar add everything except chicken, salt and oil

  • 03

    Make a smooth paste out of those

  • 04

    In a big mixing bowl add chicken , anove masala and salt as per taste and marinate it

    It should be kept for over night for marination. But 3hours will also work

    Heat oil in a big pan and swirl all over

    Then place the chicken pieces and start cooking

  • 08

    First cover the chicken and cook for 6 to 7 mins.

    After that remove cover and flip all the pieces and cover again for 7 to 8 mins

    When done remove the cover and cook up to chicken is soft and brown colour comes
