Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and shallow fry idli pieces with chilli powder and salt.
Keep the fried idli pieces aside.
Now heat the remaining oil ,add mustard seeds,curry leaves and sauté
Add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, chopped coriander leaves,whole red chillies, Sambhar masala, garam masala, and grated coconut one by one and mix well.
Now add the fried idli pieces and mix well.
Serve hot with coconut chutney..
