Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 250 gms kabuli chana


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 3 nos onions


  • 3 nos tomato


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tbsp chole masala powder


  • 1 tsp chaat masala powder


  • 2 tbsp lemon juice


  • 4 nos green chilli


  • 2 nos boiled potatoes


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped


  • 1/2 cups oil

Directions

  • Soak chana overnight
  • Pressure cook with salt ,soda and 3 cup water
  • Cook on high for 2whistle and on low heat for 15 minutes
  • Heat oil
  • Add onion paste and all powder masala with fresh tomato puree
  • When masala leaves oil
  • Add boiled chole
  • Cook till chola is soft
  • Add lemon juice, green chillies chopped and coriander leaves
