Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 nos onions chopped


  • 2 cups poha thick washed and drained


  • 4 tbsp oil


  • 1/4 cups roasted peanuts


  • 2 nos green chillies chopped


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 pinch asafoetida


  • 6-7 nos curry leaves


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1/2 tsp sugar


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 8-9 nos fresh coriander leaves chopped


  • 1 nos tomato chopped


  • 1/2 cups boiled green peas


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan , add mustard seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves and onions and sauté till lightly browned.
  • Add tomatoes, turmeric powder and green chillies and stir for ½ minute.
  • Add poha, peas, salt and sugar , garam masala and mix well.
  • Squeeze the juice of a lemon and mix.
  • Add peanuts and mix well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
