Ingredients
Serves 2
Onions chopped 2 nos
Poha thick washed and drained 2 cups
Oil 4 tbsp
Roasted peanuts 1/4 cups
Green chillies chopped 2 nos
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Asafoetida 1 pinch
Curry leaves 6-7 nos
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste 1 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Fresh coriander leaves chopped 8-9 nos
Tomato chopped 1 nos
boiled green peas 1/2 cups
garam masala 1/2 tsp
Directions
Heat oil in a pan , add mustard seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves and onions and sauté till lightly browned.
Add tomatoes, turmeric powder and green chillies and stir for ½ minute.
Add poha, peas, salt and sugar , garam masala and mix well.
Squeeze the juice of a lemon and mix.
Add peanuts and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
