  • mushroom 250 gms

  • matar 150 gms

  • onion 2 nos

  • clove garlic 8 nos

  • ginger 1/2 inch

  • tomato 3 nos

  • musturd oil 2 tbsp

  • spoon egg curry masala 1 tbsp

  • haldi 1 tsp

  • chilli powder 1 tsp

  • dhaniya powder 2 tsp

  • garam.masala 1 tsp

  • Chopped dhaniya 8-10 nos

    Boil chopped washed mushrooms in water for 10 minutes. Keep aside ..heat a pan ..

    put oil ..heat it ..make a paste of onion galic ginger .sote it ..when oil is appearing ..

    put tomato puree in it ..put all masala and fry thm ..put mushrooms and matar and fry for few minutes. ...put 1cup water in it ..keep boiling .
