Ingredients

  • 250 gms mushroom


  • 150 gms matar


  • 2 nos onion


  • 8 nos clove garlic


  • 1/2 inch ginger


  • 3 nos tomato


  • 2 tbsp musturd oil


  • 1 tbsp spoon egg curry masala


  • 1 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 2 tsp dhaniya powder


  • 1 tsp garam.masala


  • 8-10 nos chopped dhaniya

Directions

  • Boil chopped washed mushrooms in water for 10 minutes. Keep aside ..heat a pan ..
  • put oil ..heat it ..make a paste of onion galic ginger .sote it ..when oil is appearing ..
  • put tomato puree in it ..put all masala and fry thm ..put mushrooms and matar and fry for few minutes. ...put 1cup water in it ..keep boiling .
