Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 4 nos dal papad(any variant)


  • 1/2 cups mashed paneer


  • 1/2 cups soaked boondi


  • 2 tbsp green peas boiled


  • 1 nos potato boiled and mashed


  • 1 nos green chilli finely chopped


  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste


  • 1/2 tsp chat masala


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 2 tbsp suji(optional)


  • 1 cups oil for frying

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients except papad and suji and make a lump free mixture for filling.
  • Spread suji on a plate and keep aside.
  • Divide the papad into two halves and soak them in water for 2 seconds.
  • Take the papad out and lay on your palm, add 1 teaspoon of the filling and make cone with light pressure and give shape of a samosa and seal the sides tightly.
  • Now cover with suji and then deep fry it, on medium flame, turning occasionally and carefully.
  • Take them out on an absorbent paper so that excess oil is removed.
  • Delicious and crispy papad paneer samose are ready.
  • Serve hot with mint coriander chutney or ketchup.Enjoy endlessly..
