Ingredients

dal papad(any variant) 4 nos
mashed paneer 1/2 cups
soaked boondi 1/2 cups
green peas boiled 2 tbsp
potato boiled and mashed 1 nos
green chilli finely chopped 1 nos
salt or to taste 1/2 tsp
chat masala 1/2 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
suji(optional) 2 tbsp
Oil for frying 1 cups
Directions
Mix all the ingredients except papad and suji and make a lump free mixture for filling.
Spread suji on a plate and keep aside.
Divide the papad into two halves and soak them in water for 2 seconds.
Take the papad out and lay on your palm, add 1 teaspoon of the filling and make cone with light pressure and give shape of a samosa and seal the sides tightly.
Now cover with suji and then deep fry it, on medium flame, turning occasionally and carefully.
Take them out on an absorbent paper so that excess oil is removed.
Delicious and crispy papad paneer samose are ready.
Serve hot with mint coriander chutney or ketchup.Enjoy endlessly..
