Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 nos medium size gobhi


  • 3 nos onion chopped


  • 3 nos hari mirch chopped


  • 1/2 cups kaju


  • 1 inch adrak


  • 1 tsp lahsan


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 cups hung curd


  • 2 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp dhaniya powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp tandoorichichen mssala


  • 1 tsp amchoor powder


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • chat masala 1 tsp


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 3 nos tomatoes chopped


  • 1 nos silver vark to garnish

Directions

  • Wash the gobhi ..and boil two glas of water with salt and haldi ..and put your gobhi ..for 10 min
  • Take a wok put oil init ..add onion chillki ..adrak lahsan kaju init ..and sote it ..to bcome onion pink ..close the flame ..amd put this all in a mixer add tomatoes and grind all ..keep aside
  • Take out gobhi ..take a boil mix dahi haldi dhaniy powder garammasala namak anchoor chat masala ..mix well ..and pour and rub on gobhi ..put it in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours ..take it out
  • Take a karahi ..put oil init and add grinded masala in it add dhaniya powder and garam masala init ..and bhune ..jb telchod de tab ...usme thoda sa pani dal.kar ubale .
  • Ab ek microwave safe dish lekar ..gobhi ko usme transfer kare aur uper se gravy dale..phir microwave convection mode par 7 to 8 min ..cook kare ..aur vark laga kar ..table p rake ..serve karte samy ..knife se cut karke serve kare
