Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 bowls atta


  • 1 cups besan


  • 1/2 bowls pallak chopped


  • 1 tsp dhaniya poowder


  • 1/2 tsp everest garammasala


  • 1 tsp amchoor powder


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder


  • 2 tsp white til


  • 1 tsp sarsodana


  • 1 tsp chopped dhaniya patti


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 1 cups water for kneeding and for paste


  • 1/2 cups oil for tadka and frying


  • 1 nos ngredients for chutney :tomato chopped


  • 4 nos red sooki bhigoi mirch


  • 1 tsp amchoor powder


  • 6 nos garlic clove


  • 1 tsp salt to taste

Directions

  • Take a bowl add atta in it ..kneed with some water kneed properly like roti aata
  • keep aside
  • add all masala in besan and palak except some till and sarsodana make a paste with water
  • ab aate ki loi lenge lemon size ki aur us par besan ka paste laga denge
  • Ab dheere dherre fold karenge roti ko bhakharbadi k jaise
  • ab steam karne rakh denge 15 se 20 min ke liye
  • ab thanda hone par ..fare nikal lenge
  • unko 1 inch size m kat lemge
  • karahi m thoda tel dal kar fara ko halka kurkure sunhara fry kar lenge
  • phir thoda oil doosri karahi m dalenge ..aur sarso dana harinmirch aur til se tadka laga denge
  • tadke m bhakharbadi ko ulat palat lenge ..
  • aur chutney k sath garam garam serve karenge ..
