  • Besan 1 cups

  • Pallak chopped 1/2 bowls

  • Dhaniya poowder 1 tsp

  • Everest Garammasala 1/2 tsp

  • Amchoor powder 1 tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • Haldi powder 1/2 tsp

  • White til 2 tsp

  • Sarsodana 1 tsp

  • Chopped dhaniya patti 1 tsp

  • Salt to taste 1 pinch

  • Water for kneeding and for paste 1 cups

  • Oil for tadka and frying 1/2 cups

  • ngredients for chutney :Tomato chopped 1 nos

  • Red sooki bhigoi mirch 4 nos

  • Amchoor powder 1 tsp

  • Garlic clove 6 nos

  • Salt to taste 1 tsp

    Take a bowl add atta in it ..kneed with some water kneed properly like roti aata

    add all masala in besan and palak except some till and sarsodana make a paste with water
