Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add onions and Sauté until translucent.
Add chopped veggies, ginger-garlic paste and salt.
Cook covered until veggies become tender, now add paneer and peas.
Add oregano, paneer masala, powdered spices and ketchup and mix well and set aside.
Now take a ball of the bhature dough and roll into a thin sheet or a roti.
Put 1 tablespoon of the filling in the centre
Now fold the corners to prepare a rectangle, roll tightly and press along the sides to seal the puff.
Repeat the procedure with rest of the dough.
Now deep fry the rolls in hot oil at medium flame, until golden brown.
Drain on absorbent paper and cut into 2 inch long pieces ,
Serve hot and crisp with ketchup or schezuan sauce.
