Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups leftover bhature dough


  • 1 nos onion chopped


  • 1 nos carrot chopped


  • 1 nos capsicum chopped


  • 1 cups cabbage chopped


  • 8-10 nos french beans chopped


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/4 tsp salt or to taste


  • 1/2 tsp oregano


  • 2 tbsp ketchup


  • 1/2 cups paneer


  • 1 tsp paneer masala


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1/2 cups boiled peas


  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder

Directions

  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add onions and Sauté until translucent.
  • Add chopped veggies, ginger-garlic paste and salt.
  • Cook covered until veggies become tender, now add paneer and peas.
  • Add oregano, paneer masala, powdered spices and ketchup and mix well and set aside.
  • Now take a ball of the bhature dough and roll into a thin sheet or a roti.
  • Put 1 tablespoon of the filling in the centre
  • Now fold the corners to prepare a rectangle, roll tightly and press along the sides to seal the puff.
  • Repeat the procedure with rest of the dough.
  • Now deep fry the rolls in hot oil at medium flame, until golden brown.
  • Drain on absorbent paper and cut into 2 inch long pieces ,
  • Serve hot and crisp with ketchup or schezuan sauce.
