Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup mix dal (arhar dal,chana dal,urad dal,moong dal)


  • 1 tspoon haldi powder


  • 1 tspoon lal mirch powder


  • 1 tspoon dhania powder


  • 1 tspoon jeera


  • 2 pinch hing


  • 2 hari mirch (kati hui)


  • 2 tspoon lahsun (kate hue)


  • 4 pyaz (barik kate hue)


  • 2 tspoon adrak lahsun paste


  • 4 tamatar(barik kate)


  • 2 spoon hari dhania patti (barik kati)


  • 1 table spoon ghee


  • 1 tspoon namak or according to taste


  • 1 tspoon ghee (tadke ke liye)


  • 1/4 tspoon lal mirch powder ( tadke ke liye)

Directions

  • Mix dal ko dhokar 1 ghante fulne ke liye bhigo de.
  • Pressure cooker me dal,namak,haldi aur 3 cup pani dal kar ubalane ko rakh de.
  • Dal pak jane per usse chala ke achhi tarah mix kar le.
  • Frying pan me ghee garam kareke jeera aur hing dal ke chatkaye.
  • Pyaz,hari mirch aur kate hue lahsun dal kar gulabi hone tak fry kare.
  • Pyaz gulabi hone par adrak lahsun paste, lal mirch aur dhania powder dal kar 1 minute tak bhun le.
  • Ab tamatar dal kar galne tak fry kar le.
  • Isme ubli hui dal milaye aur 1 minute paka le.
  • Hari dhania patti mix kare.
  • Ab 1 tspoon ghee garam kare aur usme 1/4 tspoon lal mirch powder dal kar upar se tadka lagaye.
  • Hari dhania patti se garnish kare aur roti ya rice ke sath serve kare.
