  • 400 grams chicken breast

  • 100 grams hung curd

  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt or as per taste

  • 1 tbs ginger garlic paste

  • 1 tbs cream or malai

  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp chicken tanduri masala

  • 80 grams butter

  • 1 tbs oil

  • 2 medium size onion 4 medium size tomatoes

  • 4 pieces of garlic

  • 1 inch piece of ginger

  • 10 cashew

  • 1 tsp kasuri methi

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • clean chicken breast and cut in medium sized cubes
  • take a mixing bowl put hung curd , kasuri Methi, chicken tanduri masala,salt to taste, Kashmiri mirch powder and mix
  • now put chicken pieces in it and oil mix nicely and keep in freeze for 30 minutes
  • cut onion, tomatoes , garlic and ginger
  • take a saucepan put 1 cup water in it let it boil then add chopped onion, tomatoes garlic and ginger in it
  • let it boil on full flame until water dissolve
  • let it cool down then grind in a mixing along with cashew and make a fine paste
  • now take a pan put butter in it let it melt then add onion paste in it on medium heat
  • put salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and mix nicely on low heat
  • at that time masala is cooking you remove chicken from fridge and put in air fryer for 15 minutes @180 degree
  • when masala is start living sides of pan then add this chicken in it and give a good mix
  • add 1/2 cup of water let it boil on low heat for 5 minutes with lid
  • now put garam masala and cream mix it and off heat
  • serve with any Indian bread
