clean and wash brahmi leaves.
In a pan dry roast jeera, peppercorn and red chilli. Fry for a minute.
Next add brahmi leaves to the same pan and fry for few minutes.
Transfer this to a mixer jar, also add grated coconut and salt.
Grind all these to a fine paste by adding little water.
Transfer it to a bowl and add curd.
Mix well. Timira tambli is ready.
Heat a pan and do the seasoning.
Pour it over the tambli.
