1- For gulab jamun
Maida 1/2 cup
Khoya/mava 1 cup
Safed ilaichi powder 1 teaspoon
Safed ilaichi 3
Ghee 5 tablespoon for frying
Sugar 1 cup
Water 2 cup
2- for sewaiya
Sewaiya 250 gm
Sugar 2 cup
Desi ghee 4 tablespoon
Cashews 1/2 cup
Almond chopped for garnish 1 tablespoon
In a bowl mix maida and khoya along with safed ilaichi powder mix well with required water and make a dough
keep it for 1 hour
heat ghee in a wok now make a small small ball and deep fry it till brown color
now in a pot add water and sugar or two safed ilaichi and make a sugar syrup and put all the gulab jamun in sugar syrup and leave it for 2 hours
heat 2 tablespoon ghee in a pan add sewaiya and roast... Stir continuously so that its not be so dark in color. when its all done in golden brown color off the flame and keep a side.
now heat remaining ghee in a pot add safe ilaichi now add milk in it and stir well.
now add sugar or one or two cup of water stir continuously so that sugar can dissolve well when its come to boil add sewaiya in it and all dry fruits..
mix well cover the lid and cooked on low flame till its became soft.
when its cooked well off the flame.. now take a round bowl put sewaiya in it keep it for few hours and then transfer on a plate garnish with chopped almond and gulab jamun and serve healthy version of cake. 9- serve hot. ❤❤❤
