Ingredients

  • Sewaiyaa 250 gm

  • Milk 1 liter

  • Cardamom 4

  • Sugar 3 cup

  • Dry fruits 1 cup (almond & cashews)

  • Desi ghee 1 cup

  • Pistachio 1 teaspoon

  • Water 4 glass

Directions

    In a pot heat ghee and roast sewaiya when its roasted in golden brown color remove from pot and keep a side

  • 02

    now add safed ilaichi in remaining ghee when its crackle add milk in it (milk should b boiled)

  • 03

    when its come to boil again add sewaiya along with dry fruits and mix well keep it on low flame till sewaiya get cooked

  • 04

    now in another pot add water and sugar when its come to boil simmer the flame until sugar dissolve totally.

    now add this sugar syrup into a sewaiya and mix well

  • 06

    cook 10 more minutes when oil comes above off the flame

  • 07

    garnish with some pista or almonds and serve hot..
