3-4 Ravas fish fillets (clean & washed)
for green paste - 1 cup coriander leaves
2-3 cloves garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup grated coconut
1/2 cup mint leaves
2-3 green chillies
2 tspn salt
2-3 Banana leaves for wrapping
In a mixture grinder (except fish & banana leaves) combine all the ingredients to a smooth paste. Marinate fish in this mixture for atleast 5-6 hrs .
Wrap up the marinated fish fillets in the banana leaf & secure tightly with a string.
Steam in a steamer for 8-10 minutes. Serve hot !!
