Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 6 nos vada pav


  • 6 nos vada (aalobonda)


  • 6 tsp dry garlic chutney


  • 6 tsp green chatni


  • 6 tsp sweet onion chutney


  • 6 tsp butter


  • 6 tsp cheese optional


  • 3 bowls ingredients for aalo bonda : boiled .potato


  • 1 tsp sarso dana


  • 3 tsp red chili powder


  • 1 tsp haldi powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp sabji masala


  • 2 tsp amchoor powder


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 2 bowls besan


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 1 cups oil to fry


  • 1/2 cups for sweet oinon chutney :finely chopped onion


  • 1 tsp cumin seed


  • 12 nos corrider powder


  • 3 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/4 cups sugar


  • 1/2 cups water


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1 pinch salt to taste

Directions

  • Take a wok ..put oil in it ..cracle sarso dana curry patta ..and put chopped onion sote it aal.masala sote add alllo sote and add green dhaniya
  • Now make a ghol with besan and salt chili and haldi put baking powder in it and make a smooth batter ..put potato boll in it and fry in oil ..take aside
  • Recipe for dry garlic chutney: Put oil in a vok addGarlic 1/2cupand sote add now put gas off and add coconut powder in it in and put roasted peeled peanut1/2 cup in it add salt as taste and chilli powder degi wali 1/2 cup to colour grind it well.take aside
  • For green chatni : Take dhaniya garlic Amchoor pudina salt ..in a grinder and make dhaniya chutney
  • For sweet oinon chutney :Heat oil add cracle jeera add all masala sugar and water ..reduce water cool down add chopped onion in it ..keep aside .
  • Assmble vada pav Put butter on tava ..heat pav put both side green chutni put vada on it ..put sweet chutni on it ..add green chutni add dry garlic chutney powder on it ...put cheese on it close the pav ..serve ..with dry garlic chutney powder and fried green chillies ..njoy
